Currently Damco Indonesia is looking for a talented HR Assistant Manager for People & Org Development.
Damco Indonesia is part of the A.P. Moller – Maersk Group, focusing on global logistics, with individual solutions for clients around the world (for further details, please visit http://www.damco.com/)
The position will report to Country HR Manager.
This position will be responsible for following activities :
- Monitoring headcount development progress, including SAP transaction & report
- Supervising and conducting recruitment process for all functions, including sourcing, talent pool, selection process, onboarding, induction process
- Deliver learning & talent management activities
- Monitor retention & succession planning
- Following up performance management process
- Monitoring Employee Engagement survey and action plan
- Exit management process / reporting.
To be qualified for the position, the candidate should meet following criterias :
- Bachelor degree with relevant background
- Having similar responsibilities at least for 2 years
- Willing to learn & use SAP is a must
