Senior Supervisor Engineering
MAIN PURPOSE :
- Ensure HSE policy are followed
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance program are working professionally
- Ensure electronics problem are solved and improved
- Ensure calibration program are working professionally
TASK & DUTIES :
- Follow and monitor the HSE Program
- Review & Improve preventive and predictive maintenance program
- Review & improve electronics hardware and software on the machines
- Review & monitor the execution of calibration schedule
- Evaluate the staff performance
- Control the required stock in spare part inventory
- Proactive on cost saving program.
Requirements
- Male
- Max. 30 y.o
- Electrical Engineering Bsc Degree
- He has Min 3 years experience in similar position
- Fluent in Bahasa, English & Able to computer literate ( Microsoft and windows)
- Ready to work under pressure
- Good understanding on PLC & drive system ; Know Autocad program
- Good health condition, have good leadership skill.
