Agincourt ResourcesPT Agincourt Resources is a subsidiary of G-Resources. G-Resources is a Hong Kong listed gold mines and explorer. It has acquired the world-class Martabe gold-silver project in northern Sumatra, Indonesia. Already in development, Martabe is expected to commerce commissioning at the end of 2010 with first gold poured in early 2011.
The plant is capable of producing at rate of 250,000 oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum.

Martabe with a resources base of 6.5M oz gold and 3M oz silver per annum. Business Analyst Supervisor (CD 0223)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Local Business Development Superintendent.

Key aspect of this role are to identify and analyse the new and on-going business process potential products and services under community business development to enhance and improve the fixed and applicable business opportunities for local community.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Bachelor Degree in Economic, Financial Management, Accountant, Architect, Agribusiness, Industrial Engineer or relevant degree in Business Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the area of development of local community business.
• Advanced knowledge in feasibility study, project management, business plan and general management.
• Good understanding in business counselling.
• Strong presentation & communication skills, including negotiations, analytical and conceptual skills
• Competence in speaking, reading and writing English
• Computer literacy MS Office.

Senior Supervisor Business Support (CD 0224)

This position will be based at the Martabe Project and reports directly to the Superintendent Local Business Development.

The role of this position is to develop and provide business development program by creating new business opportunities for local entrepreneurs through comprehensive feasibility study and business plan. This position also responsible to develop microfinance programs, develop local economy institutions (cooperative) and provide economic infrastructures for the community at PTAR’s Direct Affected Villages (DAV) area. The objective is to creating economy activities through entrepreneurship programs and increasing participation of local enterprises as an impact of PTAR presence.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Degree in Economic, Financial Management, Accountant, Architect, Agribusiness, Industrial Engineer or relevant Industrial Engineer or relevant Degree in Business Management.
2. Have 5 years experiences in Community Development.
3. Advance knowledge in Business Plan and Project Management.
4. Advance in Micro Finance/ Revolving Fund.
5. Advance in Cooperative/Foundation Development.
6. Good understanding in human relation, presentation and communication skills.
7. Good understanding in negotiation, analytical and conceptual skills

SME Development Senior Supervisor (CD 0225)

This position will be based at the Martabe Project and reports directly to the Superintendent Local Business Development.

The role of this position is to develop and provide entrepreneurship empowerment programs through consultation, advocating, training and coaching involving local entrepreneurs at PTAR’s Direct Affected Village (DAV) area. This position also responsible to looking for viable income generating through village-based business development of agriculture, aquaculture, animal husbandry, plantation or other prospective commodities. The objective is to creating independent and skilled local entrepreneurs or group of community to be able to compete in the local economy and sustain themselves in the long run.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Degree in Economic, Financial Management, Accountant, Architect, Agribusiness, Industrial Engineer or relevant Degree in Business Management.
2. Have 5 years experiences in Community Development.
3. Advance in Business Counselling and Training.

Senior Engineer Mine Operation (MD 0343)

This position will be based in Mining Department Martabe project with FIFO roster 4/2 weeks and reports directly to the Superintendent Mine Technical Services.

The role will involve the development of mine, infrastructure and safety reason in concern with other mining engineering staff. This position caries on through the project development and operation to facilitate the effective operations of mining through reliable system of Hydrology management.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

• Tertiary qualification in Hydrogeology or Geology.
• Post tertiary studies in a related field & POP Certificate.
• Computer Hydrogeology/ geotechnical skills will be preferred.
• Proven experience in the plan, monitor, supervise Geotech/Hydrology of drilling activities, equipment monitoring such as dewatering, horizontal drilling, VWP, TDR, Inclinometer, open hole, etc.
• Knowledge and Experience of groundwater/surface water modelling software.
• Experience in Hydrology Mapping and Analysis.
• Experience on Environmental/geotechnical aspects related with hydrology issues.
• Ability to make a mine hydrology report and Competence in speaking, reading and writing English.
• Minimum of 7 years working experience within hydrogeology aspect of active operating mines and Experience in a metalliferous mining operation environmental will be preferred.

Supervisor Plumbing and Piping Maintenance (FS 0340)

This position will be based in Facility & Services Department Martabe Project and reports directly to the Senior Supervisor EMP Maintenance.

Role of this position is responsible:

• To perform supervisory role in the piping and plumbing maintenance activities and to ensure the activities of repair and maintenance is incompliance with the site standard of the Safety, Health and Environment.
• To perform supervisory role in the plumbing and piping maintenance activities to ensure the quality of maintenance and repair work meet the site standard of building maintenance.
• To perform supervisory role in the operation of WTP and STP to ensure the water and waste water quality is in compliance with all Environmental and Hygiene standards.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:

1. Minimum Senior High School Technical with experience 8 years.
Preferably engineering degree.
2. Valid SIM A.
3. Well Understanding plumbing high standard quality.
4. Minimum 3 years experience in scope of plumbing maintenance at Mine Industry.
5. Well knowledge with plumbing maintenance scope of work.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others and contribute to a harmonious working environment.
7. Dedication to the work to fulfill call out 24 hours/day.

Supervisor Civil Building Maintenance (FS 0341)

This position will be based in Facility & Services Department Martabe Project and reports directly to the Senior Supervisor EMP Maintenance.

Role of this position is responsible:

• To perform supervisory role in the building maintenance activities and to ensure the activities of repair and maintenance is incompliance with the site standard of the Safety, Health and Environment.
• To perform supervisory role in the building and infrastructure maintenance activities to ensure the quality of maintenance and repair work meet the site standard of building maintenance.

Role of this position is responsible to:
• Supports TSF construction activities
• Maintain personal responsibility for the health, safety and environment act of every worker under or assigned to his supervision
• Operate and maintain total station and other additional tool as required by mining, exploration and civil industry
• Ensure and maintain data records with accuracy
• Develops implement and maintain the survey procedure or protocol that adheres to survey standards as required under the industry standards in their project
• Maintains high technical standards and the same time have the ability to complete assigned task in a timely manner
• Provide report related with Mine survey
• Trains and guides project associated staff
• Maintain community and local government relationships
• Ensure survey team cover work, maintains regular pickup of ongoing work

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Bachelor Degree in Geodetic Engineering
2. Minimal experience 3 years of practical mining survey
3. Experienced with survey equipments, Total Station & GPS
4. Familiar with surveying & mapping software (Processing & Adjustment)
5. Capable of using CAD software (Surpac, Mapinfo)
6. Familiar with coordinate system transformation and map projection
7. Good communication in English both oral and written
8. Good personality, determined, adaptive, responsive, open minded, integrity and team work.

Superintendent Mine Technical Services (MD 0312)

This position will be based at with FIFO Schedule 4/2 weeks Martabe Project and reports directly to the Mine Manager.

The main accountabilities of the role are to :
• Provide expertise in the long-range and short-range mine planning functions in order to assist Department in achieving their goals.
• Provide assistance in the training and development of National Staff employees to ensure that they increase their core competencies, produce results suitable to management and to the efficient operation and development of Martabe, and continuously improve their capabilities and the quality of their work.
• Analyze and assist in developing strategic plan goals and directions for the long-range mine plan and advise the long-range planning group to ensure that strategic goals and long-range planning goals are in alignment.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
1. Mining Engineering Graduated and POM
2. Good Communication and Writing In English
3. Various Mining Software sound knowledge
4. A relevant Engineering Degree with a minimum of 10 to 15 years experience in world class Open Pit metalliferous mining operations
5. Strategic Mine Plan experience
6. Thorough knowledge of Mine Planning, Grade Control & Practice
7. Productivity / Business Improvement
8. Knowledge of Mine Mill and variance Environmental standard and audit

This position will be based in Martabe with FIFO schedule 4/2 weeks and report directly to the Senior Engineer Mine Operations.

The role of this position will deal with the all issues related with drilling and blasting engineering. This position caries on through the Martabe project development and operation and to facilitate the effective/efficient/safe blasting operations through best Drill & Blast planning systems and to supervise contractor drill and blast activity.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
• Mining Engineer graduated, related in Mining /Civil Engineering discipline with emphasis on computer D&B planning skills is preferred.
• Blaster Certificate, minimum POP Certification is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the D&B planning in gold/metals mining operations.
• Knowledge practical experience of D&B software & Unit Operations.
• Knowledge of Explosive Products/Accessories and their best application.
• Knowledge linkage of D&B with short & long range and geotechnical D&B with grade control.
• Blast consumables & Explosive requirement planning.
• Well knowledge with blast regulation as mentioned at Kepmen 555.K/1995
• Able to conduct blast Clearance/blast approval process.
