Senior Architectural Designer
Responsibilities:
Preparation of architectural designs for new build,extension or refurbishment of office and housing facilities based on work requests from client.
Ensure project Value-of-Work-Done (VOWD) are correct and updated in SAP on a timely manner.
Follow through the various stages of construction to ensure works are implemented according to working drawings to minimize reworks, wastages and disruptions to daily office operations.
