Mine Manager/ KTT (Code: MM)
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor s degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of working experience in Mining Company especially Nickel.
• Have significant and relevant experience in the mining industry, working at managerial level.
• Be technically competent to coach and constantly search for new efficiencies and innovative ideas.
• A strong advocate for performance and progress, definitely with proven leadership experience.
• Shrewd and astute management skills.
• Conceptual thinking skills with the capability of seeing the big picture, identifying appropriate strategies and translating them into action.
• A long term, committed attitude to leading the organization into the future.
• An ability to work in diverse cultures with a demonstrated awareness of different values and how to influence teams to think as one.
• A tough minded yet approachable management technique.
• Excellent people management skill and exceptional communication skill.
• Certified POU is an advantages.
• Willing to work with a roster system.
Geologist (Code: GEO)
Requirements:
• Male, maximum age 28 years old.
• Min. SMK/STM Majoring Mining Geology.
• Min. 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Have working experience in nickel company is an advantage.
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi).
• Willing to work with a roster system.
HSE Superintendent (Code: HSESPTD)
Responsibility:
• To monitor implementation of the policy & procedure of Health & Safety in sites, training, audit & reporting & all preventive action of Health & Safety activities in the company.
• To improve employees awareness in the company to work safely and protect the company image.
• To maintain company quality standards & certifications.
Requirements:
• Male, maximum age 40 years old.
• Bachelor degree in public health or environmental engineering.
• Minimum GPA 2.75
• Min. 10 years of experience in HSE Field.
• Have a good knowledge about Health, Environment, and Safety (K3LH), ISO 14001:2004, ISO 9001:2008
• Hard worker, independent, and with strong leadership ability.
• Can work under pressure, having capability to work as a team.
• Willing to be placed in Morowali (Central Sulawesi)
• Willing to work with a roster system.
