Darma Henwa, a leading regional integrated mining company for more than 19 years. Pt Darma Henwa Tbk principal activities are contract mining, civil engineering and leasing of equipment. The Group's marketing and consultancy division is engaged in marketing coal and its related products.

We are seeking highly motivate and ambitious individuals that willing to placed at site Asam Asam, South Kalimantan to support the company operation expansion.

Mine Operation Superintendent ( MOSpt )

- Min. degree in mining or civil engineering
- Minimum 5 years experience in open pit mines including management, planning and mine operations.
- Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application
- Preferably held a “POM” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

Mine Operation Supervisor ( MOSpv )

- Having a good understanding of wide range mining equipment application
- Min. 3 years experience in open pit mines
- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

Mine Long /short term Engineer ( MPE )

- Min. Degree in Mining Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience in similar position- Preferably held a “POP” Mining Indonesia competency certificate.

Surveyor ( S )

- Min. D3 Geodetic or related
- Min. Experience 3 years as a Surveyor
- Knowledge of mine planning and survey related software.

Maintenance & Plan Superitendent ( MPSpt )

- Min. degree in mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavator, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, MULTIFLO Pump (min 5 years)
- Ability to understand service manuals ( CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engines and hydraulic systems )
- Excellent coaching, training and mentoring abilities.
- Proven experience in delivering Mine Maintenance Programs and overseeing mine maintenance budgets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential.
- Familiar with CATERPILLAR & KOMATSU machines & engines is preferred.

Maintenance & Plant Supervisor ( MPS )

- Min. degree in mechanical Engineering
- Mechanical Experience with Hydraulic Excavator, Dozers, Graders, Trucks, Drills, MULTIFLO Pump min 3 Years
- Ability to understand service manuals ( CAT, Komatsu, Cummins engines and hydraulic systems )
- Familiar with CATERPILLAR & KOMATSU machines & engines is preferred.

Procurement / Buyer Supervisor ( PS )

-Degree qualification in Supply and Logistics or relevant discipline
-Previous experience, at least 3 years, in procurement, warehousing or other supply related function within mining or heavy industry
-Extensive experience with Microsoft Office
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills

HR Industrial Relation Supervisor ( HR-IRSpv )

- Tertiary qualities in Law with minimum 3 years experience in large Mining.
- Excellent knowledge in Labour Law, Industrial Relation practices and government regulations.
- Experienced in handling various cases of Industrial Relation in Labour Court.
- Excellent in English, both written and oral

Cost Control Project – Finance ( CC )

- Bachelor degree from Accounting
- Max 30 years old and experienced in finance
- Experience in same position min 2 years

HRGA Supervisor ( HRGASpv)

- Bachelor Degree related to each position
- Minimum 3 years experience in HR
- Familiar with manpower regulation (UU No 13/2003)
- Excellent leadership skill
