HRD Manager
1.Your Profile :
a.Law/ Psychology Degree from a recognized university
b.Minimum 8 years working experience as HRD Manager at multinational company
c.Preferably having practical experiences in handling compliance matters
d.Possess lawyer certificate is an additional advantageous
e.Less than 45 years old

2.Your Job :
a Develop HR plan short and long term
b.Develop recruitment system, selection and interview
c.Draft job vacancies advertisement for internal and external sources
d.Plan, implement, assess and evaluate training
e.Plan and implement induction program
f. Plan and implement talent development program
g.Able to develop competency and skills matrix
h.Able to create salary grading and employees level includes scoring
i. Able to create and review company rules and regulation
j. Able to handle labor issues
3.General requirements :
a.Familiar with employees data base and reporting
b.Understand payroll system includes calculation of jamsostek and employee tax (PPh.21)
c.Familiar with training arrangement and evaluation scoring
d.High communication skills horizontally and vertically
e.Familiar with labor law and other related rules/ regulations
f. Tactful in anticipating changes and critical situation with short notice
g.Having broad contact with employment agencies includes universities/ schools
h.Able to provide regular monthly and annual reports to BoD, peers, regional and headquarter abroad
i. Familiar with required permits in relation with HR activities/ jobs
j. Having good managerial and leadership skills
k.Capability to guide, coordinate and motivate employees
l. Speak and write English fluently
m. Able to work under pressure and be flexible.
n.Follow and comply HSE matters
o.Familiar with ISO 9001-2000, ISO 14001-2004 and OHSAS 18001-2007 procedures and implementation
p.Willing to relocate to West Java
