Our Services specialized in engineering, fabrication, maintenance services, contractor and labour supply. We are currently seeking for highly qualified candidates to fill in the following positions for:
For onshore Sumatera Project
1. Site Manager
2. Project Control
3. Superintendent (Piping/Mechanical, Civil/Structure)
4. Supervisor (Piping/Mechanical ; Electrical/Instrument ; Civil/Construction)
5. Engineer (Piping/Mechanical. Civil/Structure, Electrical/Instrument)
6. Estimator Engineer
7. Drafter Civil Mechanical
8. Material Control
9. Quality Control not yet
10. HSE Coordinator
11. HSE Officer not yet
12. Welding Inspector
General Requirement:
1. BFA & BFF Valid Training certificate would be an advantage for all position
2. For position 5,6,7,9,10,12 must submit sample document from past work experiences.
Listed below are roles and responsibilities for each position, but not to be limited to :
1. Site Manager
- University degree in mechanical or civil engineering with minimum 15 years experience in heavy construction
- Minimum 7 years experience in the same position in oil and gas facility construction and/or maintenance
- Has experience to manage at least 2 projects in operating gas or oil production facilities
- A strong background in multi-discipline construction with strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards
- Knowledgeable of contract budgeraty management and resource allocations
- Must conduct overall management coordination and be the point-of-contact with the companys reprensentative for performance of all work under this contract
- Must prossess outhority to act on behalf of the contractor’s such authorization must be submitted to the company’s in writing prior to commencement of work
- Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
2. Project Control
- University degree, preferably in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with minimum 7 years experience in a construction planning and cost control role.
- Extensive familiarity with computer spreadsheet applications and related planning and scheduling software
3. Superintendent (Piping/Mechanical ; Civil/Structure )
- University degree in engineering with minimum 10 years experience in heavy construction
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in oil and gas facility construction and/or maintenance
- Has experience as Construction Superintendent in at least 2 projects in operating gas or oil production facilities.
- A strong background in piping and/or civil design and construction
4. Supervisor (Piping/Mechanical : Civil/Structure; Electrical/Instrument )
- University degree in engineering with minimum 10 years experience in heavy construction
- Minimum 5 years experience in the same position in oil and gas facility construction and/or maintenance
- Has experience as Construction supervisor in at least 2 projects in operating gas or oil production facilities.
- A strong background in piping and/or civil design and construction
5. Engineer (Piping/Mechanical ; Civil/Structure ; Electrical/Instrument )
- University degree in engineering related to the assigned position with minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas industry
- Must be familiar with related and applicable codes and standards
- Familiar with applicable software and calculation
6. Estimator
- Minimum Diploma degree with minimum 5 years experience as a cost estimator in a construction project
- Access to up-to-date cost estimating data applicable to oil and gas facility design
7. Drafter/Designer (Civil ; Mechanical )
- Minimum diploma degree with minimum 3 years experience in oil and gas facility construction
- Ability to use software drafting and modeling tools
8. Material Controller
- Minimum of D3 level of education
- Familiar with materials required for oil industry, particularly in piping and civil materials
- Minimum 3 years experience in oil and gas production facility construction or maintenance
9. Quality Control
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos in English.
- Ability to verified product compliance with national and international regulatory standards.
- Ability to read common measuring devices; tapes, micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Ability to discern the best and most accurate method to dimensionally inspect components.
- Should be able to work closely with fellow employees and user/client representative.
- Explicit knowledge of products and processes, and have 2 years experience with welding and interpreting drawing(construction, piping, electrical).
- Participate and adapt successfully in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of computer operation, Windows, and Microsoft Office
10. HSE Coordinator
- Diploma degree with minimum 5 years experience in industrial safety fields including 3 years minimum in oil and gas construction/production related fields
- Previous supervisory experience role
- A strong background in Safety Codes of Practices and Standards (OSHA, NFPA, Safety laws, etc.) and Government of Indonesia laws of safety and environment
- Knowledgeable and experienced in developing and implementing safety health and environmental program
- Knowledgable and experenced in implementation of HSE Plan and handling HSE related issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
- Valid certification of AK3 Migas would be advantage.
11. HSE Officer
- Minimum D3 in AK3 institution with minimum 2 years experience in oil and gas industry
- Able to review JSA and others HSE administration document
- Able to conduct regular inspection
- Able to conduct regular meeting
- Valid certification of AK3 would be advantage
12. Welding Inspector
- Minimum Diploma degree with minimum 5 years experience in oil and gas facility construction
- AWS Inspection Ticket (or equivalent) and/or one of the following backgrounds:
- Inspection certification in accordance with Industrial Ministry and/or Manpower ministry
- ASNT Inspection background with knowledge of piping design, fabrication and inspection of industrial piping
- Engineering/technical degree with strong knowledge of piping design, fabrication and inspection of industrial piping to ASME IX and B31.3
