Responsibilities:
- Coordination with tenant to renovation and arrange schedule for each project of tenant.
- Follow up tenant for fit out preparation and procedure.
- Follow up tenant and tenant’s contractor for renovation progress; make sure the progress meet the schedule.

Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
