Operation office is located at Maspion Industrial Estate, Manyar-Gresik, East Java and started operation since 1998, it is Jetty Operator for loading/unloading liquid and gas cargo to serve the activities of manufacturing companies inside Maspion Industrial Estate and surrounded area with.

General Requirement :

Specific Requirement :
For 1 :
Operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D is a mandatory
Good knowledge in international standard (API, ASME, ASTM, JIS,.etc)
Familiar with static & rotating equipment (piping, pump, compressor, .,etc)
For 2 :
Good Knowledge in Chemical Properties and Process
For 3 :
Preferable can operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D.
Good knowledge in national & international standard (PUIL, IEC,.., etc).
Familiar with PLC, DCS, SCADA, power distribution.
For 4.
Preferable can operate Auto Cad 2D / 3D.
Good Logical Thinking in Supply Chain & Logistic
Well understanding TQM/TPM
For 5.
Preferable having Safety knowledge & Basic Safety Certification
Preferable have knowledge about Marine Pollution Regulation
Job Description :
1. Mechanical Engineering :
a. Calculated Piping Flexibility & Stress analysis
b. Design review of piping engineering, layout, plan , isometric
c. Responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on rotating equipment (compressors, pump,generator,etc)
2. Chemical Engineering :
a. Prepared PFD , P & ID
b. Utilities consumption
c. Design basis & design criteria
d. Settle out pressure study
3. Electrical Engineering :
a. Review drawing : lighting layout, grounding, cathodic protection, typical installation detail
b. Prepare electrical load list calculation, voltage drop calculation, power study (ETAP) , single line diagram, cable & genset sizing
c. Prepare MTO (material take off) electrical
d. Prepare instrument data sheet
e. Prepare instrument calculation
4.Industrial Engineering ( QM officer) :
a. Liasing with customer's auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action compliance with customer specification
b. Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statiscal report
c. Persuading reluctant staff to change their way of working to incorporate quality methods
5. Environment Engineering :
a. Complying report of health & Environments of ISO 14000 & government
b. Handle environmental & occupational health issue
c. In charge of the development and maintenance of health, safety and environmental systems
Salary Range :
Position 1-6 :
a. New Graduate is 3,2 million Rupiah
b. 1-2 year experience are 3.8-5 million Rupiah
