As a growing company, the management of PT BAS requires a reliable information system for planning and operation of the resources owned by PT BAS.
PT Bas is seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following positions:
1. Deputy Project Manager (PTRM-DPM)
• Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineer or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in the operation of open cut mining.
• Minimum 5 years in mine engineering / mine planning.
• Having experience in mine planning, subcontract management, cost management and staff management.
• A proven talent for identification and management of opportunities and risks by overlaying contractual, financial, and technical awareness in a similar operating environment is essential.
Outstanding leadership credentials and the ability to drive results will set the successful candidate apart from industry peers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Has skills such as initiative, technical, problem solving, creative thinking, reporting communication skill: written & Verbal in English and Indonesian, information monitoring planning & organizing, attention to details, meeting facilitation and negotiation.
• Preferably held a POM Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Willing to be located at Kalimantan area.
2. Trade Trainer Supervisor (PTRM-TTS)
• Minimum Education SMK / SMA
• Age Max. 40 years
• Experience as a mechanic at least 5 years
• Experience as a mechanic trainer at least 2 years
• Having a Basic Mechanical Cource certificate
• Preferably having a certificate TOT
• Having knowledge about mechanic Skill assessement process
• Proficient in computer skills min. Ms office
• Experience as Mechanic Training coordinator (Pos: Supervisor)
• Placement - East Kalimantan
3. Paramedic (PTRM-PRM)
• Male
• Age max 37 years old
• Hold Associate degree (D3) from Nursing faculty
• Minimum 1 years experiences, preferably in mining industry
• Having Hiperkes certification
• Good knowledge about HSE/ K3
• Having good communication skill
• Good health
• Having strong motivation
• Communicative, and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work independently in remote field location
4. Project Controller Spdt (PTRM-PCS)
• Min D3 Mecahnical or Engineering.
• Minimum of (6) years experience in mining / heavy equipment industry and able to work effectively with executive and operating personnel.
• A strong cost and budget background
• Mastering tasks of Project Controller
• Able to prepare and review the budget of a project
• Able to design, control and evaluate the entire infrastructure, including the maintenance process
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta
5. Mine Operation Manager (PTRM-MOM)
• Bachelors Degree in Mining Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in coal operation project.
• Minimum 2 year as Project Manager Position
• Able to Identify problems (Plant, QHSE, Mine Operation and Engineering)and propose solutions
• Having Comprehensive knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
• Knowledgeable in mining especially Coal Mining Operations, QSE, Mine Methods, include Mine Reclamation & Rehabilitation, government regulations.
• Computer literate (MS Office with AutoCAD, Minescpae, Surpac etc).
• Preferably holds a "POU"/"POM" Mining Indonesia competency certificate.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Highly self motivated and strong analytical skills.
• Creative and self starter, team player and having self integrity.
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta
6. QHSE Manager (PTRM-QHSEM)
• Bachelor degree
• Minimum 8 years experience, preferable with mining industry background.
• Minimum 1 year in QHSE Position
• Hold AK3 certified from government
• Well versed with OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Have experience with HSE Management Systems & their implementation at an operational level
• Experience in performing HSE audits & inspections
• Experience in Incident investigation, analysis & reporting processes
• Experience in providing management with regular feedback on HSE matters (meeting, presentation, report writing).
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta Utara
7. Mining Engineering Superintendent (PTRM-MES)
• Bachelors Degree degree in Mining Engineering
• Strong capability / exposure to mine planning software (Mincom Minescape, surpac, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years experiences in mining
• Having knowledge about Fleet Composition improvisation for optimizing production and unit productivity
• Able to Identify engineering problems and propose solutions.
• Willing to work independently in remote field locations
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
• Placed in Sunter Jakarta
8. Training Superintendent (PTRM-TS)
• Pria
• Pendidikan Minimum S1
• Berpengalaman sebagai Training Supervisor/ Coordinator minimum 5 tahun
• Berngalaman Sebagai Heavy Equipment Mechanic Trainer minimum 5 tahun
• Memiliki kemampuan akan konsep dan strategi teknik pelatihan dan pengembangan kompetensi Mekanik, Operator dan pengawas Plant / Mining
• Berpangalaman dalam melaksanakan program Apprentice Mekanik / Operator
• Memiliki kemampuan dalam melakukan Metode Asessment kompetensi Mekanik
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang Productivity Alat Berat dan Proses Penambangan Terbuka / Terminologi Tambang Terbuka
• Mampu menyusun dan mengkontrol budgeting Training
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi asertif dan efektif dalam berkoordinasi
• Memiliki sertifikat Train of Trainer (TOT)
