1. Position Objective and General Responsibilities
• Adopt and maintain the Site Contracts Administration procedure and processes. Execute the Contract management and administration role in accordance with the

3. Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Contracts Manager and Senior Contract Engineer in the execution of the following activities and assume a primary role any of the activities specifically delegated:
• Ensure the contract activities required to be performed in, or recorded in, the CMS are executed correctly and are up to date. Ensure any activities executed outside CMS for reasons of necessity or practicality are incorporated/summarised in CMS to the extent practicable.
• Review incoming and outgoing communications, instructions, transmissions between Company and Contractor to ensure contractual correctness and avoidance and/or identification of potential contractual and/or commercial problems.
• Draft contractual correspondence, instructions, and notices to Contractor.
• Attend periodic (weekly) progress meetings, and ensure that the minutes reflect an unbiased record of the discussions and issues addressed.
• Review and verify Contractor’s Monthly Progress Payment Application and
• Company Interim Payment Certificates.
• Evaluate commercial effects of any Site Instructions issued by Company to the Contractor.
• Ensure accurate and comprehensive Contract records and reports are produced and maintained for Site Instructions, Contract Change Requests, Contracts Changes (actual and foreseen), and any supporting communications or documentation.
• In conjunction with the site Quantity Surveyors agree additional “star rates” ($ and manhours) required for the Schedule of Rates, daywork accounts, reimbusible item accounts and the like.
• Assist in review and evaluation of Contractor’s Change Order Requests and formulation of Contract Changes for issue by Company.
• Assist in evaluation of Contractor’s contractual claims, and recommendations for financial settlement.
• Assist settlement of the Contract Final Account.
• Assist in processing insurance claims and vendor backcharges with the appropriate Company department.
• Support monitoring Company free issued equipment and material to
• Contractor and potential results of late (or early) delivery.
• Support in any insurance related matters concerning loss or damage.

• A minimum of six (6) years previous contract administration experience in Oil and

5. Other

E&I CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT-FIELD FACILITIES
(Cepu)

KEY RELATIONSHIPS:
• Reports To :Site Construction Manager
• Positions Supervised :E&I Technical Foreman

JOB FUNCTION:
• Ensure the installation of Electrical & Inspection (E&I) equipments / instruments are meeting the project specification quality requirements and / or vendor recommendations.
• Interfacing with other disciplines starting from receipt of the E&I items through calibration and installation to final pre-commissioning / commissioning activities. Maintain daily log of activities.
• Serve as a member of the Construction Planning & Execution Team
• Interface primarily with project team Construction Site Manager and Contractor’s Construction Team as well as other Project Leads, i.e., discipline engineering leads, controls lead, quality coordinators and procurement advisors
• Participate/support/lead as requested discrete tasks to improve Construction systems and tools and updates to Construction schedules and plans
• Determine corrective actions needed in order to meet project objectives and work to have these implemented

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee and monitor construction and fabrication of E&I activities conducted at Contractors / Sub-Contractors facilities and in the field

• Minimum ten (10) year’s experience in inspection of E&I works on major onshore construction projects out of which at least 3 years experience senior E&I construction position
• Experienced in witnessing SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of Electrical & Instrument control systems
• Exposure to DCS instrumentation works and commissioning of the same

FACILITIES ENGINEER

JOB FUNCTION:
The Facilities Engineer, as part of the Facilities Engineering Team, provides support to the Site Engineering Manager, Engineering Lead, and the Engineering Team by assuming responsibility for the coordination and stewardship of a broad range of engineering, planning and coordination activities. Based on project requirements, the Facilities Engineer may also be assigned responsibility for defined components or areas of the engineering work scope to ensure effective integration and execution of cross-discipline activities.

RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
Supports the Engineering Project Team with the coordination, execution and stewardship of some or all of the following selected activities:
• Area responsibility for the CPF Utilities, CPF Process or the Wellpads & Offsites

Position :

1. Construction Area Superintendent

Job Function:
• Manage company site teams in accordance with project objectives, interfaces with working groups at the site.

Responsibility And Duties:

2. Management Change Of Coordinator

Job Function:
• Provides project wide coordination of moc (management of change) process, and assist epc contract administrators and project control leads, also the jakarta home office contracting team in terms of capturing, documenting and obtaining appropriate approval of any potential commercial impact of mocs (i.e.: variance order requests (vor) or change order requests (cor)), before they become change orders.

Responsibility And Duties:
• Develop project moc approval and distribution matrices for mocs
• Ensure mocs are properly routed and approved (verification indicated by change coordinator approval of each moc)
• Assist in the development of moc estimates. Develop moc estimates for owners cost originated by the home office, particularly against 3rd party contracts
• Verify the epc changes and consolidate owners cost changes to the overall project costs and updates to the current control budget.
• Evaluate the effect of staffing/work-hour changes on the schedule and of updating the project control schedule for the jakarta home office team. Provide support to the epc project controls leads on this task as required
• Ensure that the completed and signed risk screening checklist and risk screening matrix or risk assessment are included in the moc file before moc is approved/authorized for use
• Ensure changes are approved per the moc approval guide
• Plot/track the total project and individual project component cumulative cost of changes compared with the contingency rundown.
• Plot/track the overall number of approved and pending changes (maintain a project wide single moc log).

• coordinate interfaces and interactions with contractors and subcontractors, and with operations and drilling personnel on site

Responsibility And Duties:
• promote safety awareness and safe performance among project team members, including consultants and contractor personnel
• provide input to and review development of contractors detailed plans to complete the work
• monitor and appraise contractors performance and recommend corrective action to be taken where deficiencies are detected; verify actions are taken
• coordinate resolution of production and technical issues with appropriate company and contractor resources on and off-site
• establish, implement, and maintain mechanical completion verification plan and process
• ensure appropriate material handling and working environment reviews are carried out at site and that findings are resolved and implemented by contractor
• liaise with on-site operations, drilling, and functional personnel regarding planning and implementation of fabrication, construction, and mechanical completion activities

4. Commissioning Mechanic & Piping

Job Function:
• The commissioning specialist – mechanical & piping reports to the commissioning lead – onshore facilities and his scope of work includes epc1, 2 and 5 projects . The specialist primary function is to collaborate with the epc contractors to develop project commissioning plans and procedures for systems and equipment associated with mechanical and piping, and to execute the project commissioning programs under the leadership of the commissioning lead.

The specialist shall provide oversight and assists in the execution of the commissioning and turnover programs and supports all systems completion activities from construction through stable operations phase. The specialist shall act as ansme (subject matter expert) in the discipline specific commissioning activities. The specialist is responsible to provide guidance, training, and oversight within his discipline regarding commissioning planning and execution to the pt organization and contractors systems completion organization.

Responsibility And Duties (Including But Not Limited To) :
• Provide support and guidance to the epc contractors in the development of project specific systems completions plan.
• Provide support in the installation and operation of a computerized completion management system (cms) database for tracking, certification, and quality control purposes. Monitor the cms database of engineering parameters, check sheets, and verification criteria.
• Involve operations representatives in commissioning planning and execution. Ensure operations personnel are familiarized with plant equipment and systems according to the requirements the operability management plan.
• During detail design phase, under the direction of the commissioning lead and in collaboration with the epc contractors:
• Provide guidance to epc contractors to ensure proper planning of commissioning activities and alignment of execution planning with pt and operations.
• Prepare all commissioning deliverables including turnover and completion packages (tcps), work packs, check-sheets, systems boundary drawings, systems description, minimum equipment testing matrix, commissioning procedures, preservation/de-preservation plans and procedures, completion dossiers, final systems list and priorities, commissioning spares, first fills, commissioning consumables, temporary equipment for commissioning, etc.
• Create a vendor support register for commissioning activities including timely mobilization and demobilization dates. Liaise with start-up lead to integrate commissioning and start-up vendor support requirements
• During construction, commissioning and start-up phases, under the direction of the commissioning lead and in collaboration with the epc contractors:
• Provide onsite safety leadership to ensuring safe execution of commissioning activities and participate in pt safety initiatives
• Execute fat (factory acceptance test) plan and procedures and ensure that contractors document the execution of fat and upload the fat results into the project cms database.
• Provide guidance and participate in commissioning activities during construction completion, static commissioning, dynamic commissioning and turnover of systems.
• Provide guidance and participate in the execution of discipline specific commissioning procedures, tcps and work packs and ensure that they are executed in accordance with the systems completion specifications. Assist with trouble-shooting of systems and processes when required.
• Provide guidance and participate in the execution of systems completion acceptance processes including walk-downs and punch list activities
• Provide commissioning input for safety and operability reviews
• Review startup and operating manuals and provide input
• Provide timely recommendations in regard to contingency plans and changing schedules.
• Provide support to the start-up team in the planning and execution of the facilities start-up and performance test

5.Integrated Project Specialist

Controls the flow of technical data across one or more project work package fronts (other EPCs, Drilling, Production etc.) and contractor interfaces to ensure a consistent design basis and data set, thereby assuring overall design consistency and integrity in line with the project schedule.

Ensure the installation of Electrical & Inspection (E&I) equipments / instruments are meeting the project specification quality requirements and / or vendor recommendations. Interfacing with other disciplines starting from receipt of the E&I items through calibration and installation to final pre-commissioning / commissioning activities.

Key requirements for this position are:
• Experienced in witnessing SAT (Site Acceptance Tests) and FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests) of Electrical & Instrument control systems
• Exposure to DCS instrumentation works and commissioning of the same

Responsibility And Duties:
• Oversee and monitor inspection of E&I activities conducted at Contractors / Sub-Contractors facilities and in the field

e) Experienced in preparation of technical bid packages and evaluation of technical bids,
f) Experienced in various engineering studies and workshop like HAZOP, HAZID, etc.
g) Experienced in development and review of technical specification, drawings, study reports, and other documentation such as technical requisitions,
h) Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors,
i) Superior project planning and budgeting skills,
j) Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety, and others), classification Society Regulation,
k) Knowledge of major Oil & Gas Company Standard including DEPs,

5. Sr. Construction Engineer

Requirement:
a) Min. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Naval, Mechanical and/or Civil Engineering,
b) Fluent in English language written and spoken,
c) Min 15 years experiences in offshore oil & gas facility, particularly FPSO engineering/design/construction, and LNGC & VLCC engineering/design/procurement/construction,
d) Experienced in FEED, detailed engineering, fabrication in shop yard and construction/installation of large size module structure in onshore and offshore facilities including FPSO,
e) Experienced in development and review of technical specification, drawings, study reports, and other documentation such as technical requisitions,
f) Experienced in preparation of technical bid packages and evaluation of technical bids,
g) Experienced in various engineering studies and workshop like HAZOP, HAZID, etc.
h) Experienced in working in major exploration & production companies or EPC contractors,
i) Knowledge of industry standards and codes (quality, safety, and others), classification Society Regulation,
