Tanggung Jawab: 1. Maintain communication, building rapport, facilitate, and assist community.
2. Support, develop and evaluate strategies that encourage community participation in activities.
3. Plan, implement, monitor, evaluate and recommend changes to community development programs, policies, practices or budgets.
4. Communicate frequently with community groups, government bodies, and NGO’s related.
5. Design, propose and implement related & adequate training in order to raise community motivation.
6. Carry out administrative work which may include written correspondence, budget administration, budget report, regular narrative report, preparing submissions and reports for meetings.
Persyaratan Pendidikan: Sarjana/S1
Persyaratan Pengalaman: Preferable having experience in community facilitation
Keahlian: 1. Interested in community facilitation and relation.
2. Preferable having knowledge in handling corporate image and reputation
Kualifikasi: 1. Male or female, maximum age of 35 years
2. Min S1 all major (Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Social Welfare are preferable)
3. Ready to be based on the remote areas (Eastern Indonesia) with minimum facility, communication access and limited living condition
4. Good work organization and time management skills
5. Good oral and written communication skills and have good listening skill Good public speaking and able to work with media
6. Have strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal skill, able to work independently with minimum supervision
