Job Description:
· Develop and implement HR concepts such as recruitment, training program, organization development, and other HR project based on corporate policy.
Qualifications:
· Male/Female, Max 35 years old.
· Bachelor degree in any majoring from reputable university.
· Having minimal 6 years experience in HR area in Manufacture company.
· Fluent in verbal and written in English.
· Dynamic, Tough, Self-initiative, Good analytical skill and interpersonal approach, Strong leadership skill and Good motivator.
