S1 Degree in Civil Engineering (1-11), S1 Degree in Mechanical / Electrical (12), D3 Civil Engineering / MIE /Architecture Engineering (13-14) from reputable university, local or overseas.Min. years of experience: 7 years (1-4), 5 years (5-13), 3 years (14) in the same fields, preferably in High Rise and Industrial Buildings, and at Oil & Gas Projects (3).Excellent in handling Construction Management and Financial Management (1-2), Familiar with ISO9001 :2008; ISO14000:2004; ISO18001:2007 (4), Capability in identifying new projects both Private and Government Sectors (6), Having the ability of good negotiating (7), Understand the regulation as PUIL, VDE, BS JIS and ASINZS, also have a strong background in technical aspect of design, calculation, project site supervision (8), Familiar with Primavera & Microsoft Project (10), Responsible in managing Budget/Cost Control, Subcontractors, Claim/Variation Orders, Material Waste Control & Take Off Quantity (ii), Familiar with AutoCAD, 3D MAX, and able to operate Naviswork Software (14)Max. 45 years oldExcellent in English, both speaking and writingWilling to be stationed all over IndonesiaPreferable has experienced at well-known construction companyPlease send your CV with school certificate and other supporting documents, within 2 weeks to:
