QUALITY AND HSE OFFICER

PT Hatfield Indonesia (PTHI) is seeking an Quality & HSE Officer for our Bogor office. PTHI is a well established (1990) and growing environmental consulting company that offers excellent career opportunities for highly motivated individuals.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Quality Management:
- Prepare, edit and conduct socialization of the Quality Management Plan and Quality System Procedures.
- Conduct training in Quality Management System (QMS) and procedures.
- Verify the control of records and documents.
- Conduct internal audits or field surveillances.
- Prepare and follow up on Nonconformity reports and Opportunities for Improvement (NCRs and OFIs).
- Issue and follow up Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions (CARs and PARs).
- Collect customer satisfaction data.
- Prepare reports for management review (may involve looking at trends).
- Verify actions are occurring to prevent the re-occurrence of nonconformities.
- HSE
- Prepare, edit and conduct socialization of the HSE Management Plan and HSE Procedures.
- Identify training requirements
- Prepare HSE forms and SOP.
- Complete HSE forms for proposal tenders requirements.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in occupational health and safety, engineering, or a related field with specialization.
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience working in Quality and HSE areas.
- Familiar with Indonesian regulations related to HSE.
- Having training in HSE and Quality Management.
- Possess good network of contacts from environmental organizations.
- Computer skills: MS Office, Statistical Software.
- Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills.
- Strong English writing and speaking skills.
