Requirements:
Age between 35-40 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law or from reputable university
Minimum 2 years experience as Manager
Good knowledge in General Affair and manpower regulation
Must have strong leadership, strong work ethic and positive attitude and interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English
Must have ability in creating Job description, Performance Appraisal, people development, standard operating procedure (SOP), recruitment system and process experience, develop and control the human resources system and procedure is required
Highly independent, honest, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, confident, responsible, willing to learn, ability to work under tight schedules and team player
