JOB SCOPE:
- Establishes the implements the strategic marketing direction to achieve the goals and objectives outlined in the Strategic Business Plan and effectively manages projects to execute plans that meet sales and profit objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years product marketing experience in consumer product companies, preferably had experience in handling cosmetics or personal care products, preferably having extensive experience in multinational company
- Minimum 5 years consumer product development experience involving the creation, design, development, and launch of new products
- Minimum 3 years’ experiences at Manager Level or equivalent
- Network marketing industry a major plus
- Overseas experience highly desirable
- Hands on
- Experience in a setting up period, developing marketing strategy
- Good understanding in direct selling

- Exceptional business judgment, leadership, seasoning and maturity
- Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
- Expert in new product or service development processes
- Ability to manage multiple, concurrent, high visibility projects
- High passion and energy levels
- Self-starter who is highly goal and results oriented

- Strong collaboration and teaming skills

- Strong negotiator
- Excellent communication skills including English oral and written communication
