We are a leading global producer of plastics, rubber and latex materials used in packaging, tires, coated paper, electronics and appliances.
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated “TAX STAFF” to be based in Jakarta or Merak (Banten).
As a member of the Asia Pacific Controllers function, these positions report to Site Controller and will support some accounting tasks.
Job descriptions include :
- Tax filings (VAT In/VAT Out) with the help of Site Controller
- Tax accounts reconciliation, including VAT and GST accounts if applicable
- Monitor customer invoice printing and distribution performed by service provider
- Monitor supplier invoice processing performed service provider
- Reconcile GL accounts as required by Accounting Manager
- Input data into E-SPT
Knowledge and skills requirement for the job:
- Minimum diploma degree in Tax / Accounting (Akademi)
- At least 1 year of handling tax administration
- Knowledge of internal control
- English skill (verbal communication)
- Knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL
- A TEAM player
