Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan: 1. Ensuring that all legal issues for corporate and litigation
2. Providing legal opinion, review and drafting Ensuring efficient corporate documents handling and legal processing Identifying new and emerging legal and regulatory issues that may affect to the company.
3. Preparing and evaluating legal implications for any corporate actions, current investment
Persyaratan Pengalaman: min. 1 year
Keahlian: - Extensive knowledge of Indonesian law
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency in English both oral and written
- Computer literate
Kualifikasi: 1. Maximum age of 26;
2. A Law Degree (S.H.) from reputable university with good academic result or a Master Degree of Law (LL.M or M.Kn) is preferable;
3. Excellent command in English is a must;
4. Capable of working under pressure, minimum supervision, self motivated, result oriented and a team player.
