COMMERCIAL MANAGER
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree any fields.
Experience: minimum 5 years of prior experience in sales in any industry.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Corporate policy and related local regulations, entrepreneurial mindset, customer segmentation and analysis, people development, selling & negotiation skills, coaching, interpersonal skill, computer knowledge, proficiency in English both spoken and written.
BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING:
General understanding of pharmaceutical industry, insurance trend and MNC product restriction.
COMMERCIAL REPRESENTATIVE
REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in any fields and passed HCR certification test.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of prior experience in sales in any industry
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:
Entrepreneurial mindset analytical
Good communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills, decision making and problem solving skills, interpersonal skills, and results oriented.
