Senior Project Manager
(Mechanical & Electrical Services)
Senior Project Manager responsible to ensure project develivery to required standards within the cost, time and quality; lead regular meetings with consultants and specialist contractors; prepare reports on construction progress, and able to :
Evaluate and manage contractor or tender submissionsReview shop drawing, RFI, material approval submissionsReview specifications and design to provide value added inputEvaluate claims and monitor variations from contractorsTake the lead with the Resident Engineers to manage project implementation, implement and monitor quality assurance programs, quality acceptance and ensure works are carried out in accordance to specificationsThe qualifications :
University Degree in Mechanical / Electrical (M/E) Engineering with min. 10 years relevant experience at Project Manager level implement the construction of high rise buildingsHaving experience in Grade A office buildings is an advantageEnglish proficiency both oral and writtenHaving special abilities, such as : proven track record for completing quality buildings; high level of integrity and professionalism; able to work well under pressure or tight deadlines; works independently with strong initiative and leadership; proactive problem solving capabilities with a keen eye for quality and detailsShould your qualifications and experience meet the above qualifications, please send your complete application (with CV) by email with subject "Senior Project Manager" not later than May 15th, 2013 to : hrd@jakland.co.id.
