Responsibilities:
- Provide day to day end-user IT Support (troubleshooting, inquiry, and requests) based on service level agreement for the applications
- Ensure timely resolutions for all application issues
- Escalate major and outstanding issues to the related parties
- Conduct system maintenance and administration for all applications
- Ensure compliance to IT Securities and policies for all IT Support, maintenance, and administration
- Ensure all documentation is complete
- Coordinate with vendor/consultant for support escalation
- Perform troubleshooting analysis of the applications supported.
- Ensure back up systems are in place
- Provide regular updates on system performance, service level achievement, and any significant issues
- Responsible for data input, reporting, and filing system
- Providing inputs for the maintenance and updating of databases and MIS system
- Support the developing, maintenance and administration of the project website
- Applying knowledge of database management systems
- Establishes physical database parameters
- Test and corrects errors and refines changes to database
- Enter codes to create production database.
Requirements:
- Male, min. S1 degree in information technology, computer science, or computer engineering from reputable university
- Min GPA > 3.0 and max age 35 years old
- Sound understanding of computer network and mail server system is required
- Mastery in Unix & Windows System
- Intermediate Database System Oracle
- Mastery of Computer Hardware, Network and Internet
- Mastery of the concept of Security System
- Mastery of the concept of Backup, Restore Database & DRC Server
- Good analytical ability
- Problem solving and decision making
- At least 4 years experiences in handling IT for TCP/IP, Networking, Server, Linux, MySQL, Database, Server & Client, Hardware & Software
- Leadership skills, communicative, interpersonal skills, honest, loyal, tough, able in analyze, enthusiasm and energetic
- Excellent in English (Mandarin is a plus)
- Has Certificate of Expertise is a plus
- Willing to work with a teamand can join immediately
- Willing to take psycho test, written and practical tests, and interview.
