Optimize all channels and sources to source for contact details based on criteria given by the teamCarry out pre-search analysis of industries, markets and clients’ potential competitorsAssist in “mapping” the candidate universe and conduct researchMaintain and update candidates’ details and the company’s databasePrepare presentation materialsConduct interviews with candidatesProduce necessary reports and supporting documents for candidate presentationManage clients and the entire recruitment processDesired Skills & Experience
