HR Business Partner Assistant Manager
Jakarta Raya – Kebon Jeruk – Jakarta Barat
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will responsible to all spectrum of HR Service from benefit claim, absenteism, over time, Jamsostek, Industrial Relation, and dispute settlement

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent.
- At least 6 year(s) of working experience in HR Service or Personnel with the latest position as Senior Supervisor
- Hands on with overtime calculation process, benefit claim, Jamsostek, disciplinary action, Industrial Relation
- Strong knowledge in UU No 13 and other government regulation related to labor
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Analytical and detail.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Kebon Jeruk – Jakarta Barat
- Full-Time position(s) available.
