HR Assistant

Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree (Management, Law, Secretary) from reputable university
- Female
- Age max. 35 years old
- Min. have 1 years experiences in HR Department
- Good in English written and spoken

Technical Requirements :
• Graduate engineer in either Mechanical, Electrical or Petroleum Engineering (No. 1 & 2)
• High school or diploma degree (No. 3)
• Degree in Logistics / Trade / Economics or equivalent (No. 4)
• 3-10 years experience in Wireline Logging (No. 1, 2 & 3)
• Over 2 years’ (4 years max) work experience in logistics / forwarders, especially have customs clearance experience (No. 4)
• Good general engineering & computer skills (No. 1 & 2)
• Good technical and practical skill (No. 1, 2 & 3)
• Possess professional logistics knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication and procurement processes (No. 4)
• Know all procedures and policy of customs Import and export. (No. 4)

General Requirements for all positions :
a. Fluency in English as work language, both verbal and writing
b. Able to demonstrate a reliable safety leadership and behavior, and proven track record to dealing with a multicultural working environment.
c. Be flexible in attitude as due to the nature of the position you will have sometimes think outside the box and often take the initiative to get creative
d. Willing to travel overseas and working on field
e. Must be goal-oriented and having a high level of Problem Solving skill.

Lowongan Kerja Dimas Utama Drilling Division

Dimas Utama was established in 1971, however only early 1980 did we enter the oil & gas industry. We provide well testing and wireline services for ARCO and IIAPCO, offshore in Java Sea. This was the time Indonesia opened up to foreign oil operators and the field of production services were dominated by major international service companies. From these two contracts the company grew from an 8 man operation in 1980 to 120 employees in 1998, having several contract providing 600psi sweet well testing to high temperature 15.000psi sour service well test, slickline and down hole survey services.

We are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the positions of our project in Indonesia.

1. Legal. (LG)

Requirements:

• Minimum degree from Business Law
• Familiar to handle agreement drafting/review, corporate matters, legal documentation control/administration for oil & gas
• Experience in the same position at least 5 years
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Maximum age 40 years

2. Drilling Supervisor. (DS)

Requirements:

• Minimum Senior High School or equivalent, higher education will be given preference
• Should have a thorough knowledge on drilling and associated activities (cementing, logging, fishing, abandonment)
• Should be conversant with international drilling practices and regulation
• Should have extensive knowledge and understanding on down hole hydraulics calculation
• Ability to communicate with people at all levels
• Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
• Experience in the same position at least 8 years in the offshore/onshore drilling industry
• Excellent written and verbal English and Bahasa communication skills
• Maximum age 60 years

3. Project Engineer. (PE)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor s Degree or equivalent in Petroleum Engineering
• Familiar with Auto Cad
• Experience in the same position at least 5 years
• Maximum age 45 years

4. Admin & Secretary. (ADM)

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Secretarial or equivalent
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Experience at least 3 years in admin and secretary job
• Maximum age 35 years

5. Translator English-China-Indonesia. (INT)

Requirements:

• Minimum High School or equivalent
• Proficiency in Chinese, English and Indonesian language (writing and oral)
• Preferred to have experience in Chinese-English-Indonesia (oil & gas field) translating
• Experience in the same position at least 3 years
• Maximum age 40 years

6. HR Officer. (HRO)

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Law or any discipline
• Able to communicate with all level peoples
• Able to doing recruitment
• People oriented and focus on delivering

• Experience in the same position at least 3 years

7. HSE Supervisor / Inspector. (HSE)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Sarjana Kesehatan Masyarakat (SKM) or Chemical / Mechanical / Civil Engineer
• Familiar with Oil & Gas Standard (MIGAS, SII, API)
• Accident – incident investigation and generate report as part of Corrective Improvement Action Plan
• Inspection and investigation of all occurrences where SHE matter inflict in loss to project / company
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• Experience in the same position from oil & gas industry at least 5 years
• Held certificate AK3 umum for HSE Inspector and AK3 Migas certificate
• Maximum age 50 year s

8. Logistic Facilities. (LF)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree in related subject
• Experience in logistic area (Transport, warehouse and materials at oil & gas environment)
• Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Experience in the same position at least 3 years
• Fluent in English both written and oral
• Maximum age 50 year s
