Legal Manager (E-mail Subject Code: LM)

- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Law or Master Degree (52) is preferable
- Has experience in Law Firm at least 3 years as Senior Associate
- Strong knowledge and understanding on Corporate Legal Documentations, UU PT, Loan Agreement, Restructuring and Fund Raising
- Good leadership and communication skill
- Confident, self-reliant, high integrity, trustworthy and consistent
