1. SAFETY SUPERVISOR (SFO)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in occupational health safety
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
2. HR Supervisor - Payroll & Industrial Relation (HR-PIR)
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Law or Accounting
• Having minimum 2 years working experience, know well and understanding of HR function area, Labor Law and Manpower Regulation, Industrial Relation, Personnel Administration and payroll.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
• Good understanding of HR relationship with community and Government issues
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork and customer services oriented
• Strong organizational commitment, well organize, good filling and administration skill
3. SURVEY SUPERVISOR
Qualification :
• Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Geodetic Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
• Able to operating software & survey tools
• Having POP Certified are preferable
• Having good communication skills and an excellent team work
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
4. ELECTRICAL SUPERVISOR (ELC)
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience , fresh graduate are welcome
• Familiar with material handling works, thorough knowledge and demonstrated experience with electrical calculations and applications a must.
• Good understanding the standard rule or the Electrical & Instrument
• The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.
• Able to work as a part of a team and individually.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
5. MECHANICAL SUPERVISOR (MEC)
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Having minimum 1 years working experience, preferably from mining industry
• Familiar and able to do Preventive, Corrective and Predictive Maintenance
• Has experienced in mechanical repair and supervision in the mining industry planning of mechanical repair
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint.
• Good communication skills, in English and Bahasa Indonesia, as the incumbent is required to communicate to management level and an excellent team work
• The incumbent will be required to travel site to site.
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
6. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (CDO)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Community Development or Social Science
• Having 3 years of demonstrated working experience in Community Development Community Engagement preferably in the mining industry
• Must have highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, problem solving capabilities, knowledge of community planning and ability to develop strong networks, to be a strong contender for the position.
• Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of community development planning, community strengthening initiatives and positive community engagement.
• Proven ability in implementing community development program.
• Background in rural as opposed to urban poverty alleviation projects with good understanding of rural economies in terms mining an advantage
• Good communication skill, ability to effectively communicate with both community and company management.
7. PROJECT SUPERVISOR (PRJ)
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Having minimum 2 years working experience, preferably supervisor specializing in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proven skill on CAD software
• Having a level of accuracy, good calculation accuracy and have strong negotiation skill.
• Understand technical calculation buildings.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
8. GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEER (GTE)
Qualification :
• Bachelor degree in Geological Engineering
• 2 years experience in the mining and geotechnical exploration fields
• Superior skills in geotechnical drilling and surface sampling, filed mapping, installation of ground water monitoring wells, installation and analysis of geotechnical instrument for slope movement
• Good report writing skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
• Fast learner and possess positive working attitude
