1. PROCUREMENT MANAGER (PRM)
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Industrial Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent
• Able to work collaboratively with others and use initiative in various situations
• Having knowledge supply chain management and negotiation skill.
• Having good planning & Budgeting Control, and Strategic Management
• Excellent leadership & communication skill
2. ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR (EVS)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree from faculty of environmental engineering
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Good knowledge about nursery, waste management and mining reclamation
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
• Good report writing skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
3. SAFETY OFFICER (SFO)
Qualification:
• Diploma/Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in occupational health safety
• Minimum 2 years experience in related field, preferably from mining industry
• Good knowledge about HSE / K3 in mining company
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
4. MINE EVALUATOR ENGINEER (MEE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Mining Engineering
• 0-1 years working experience in mining industry, fresh graduate are welcome
• Having knowledge in production engineering and quality system, strong analytical ability in technical field
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
• Highly motivated, able to work in a team, and good interpersonal skill
5. COST CONTROL ENGINEER (CCE)
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree majoring in Management, Finance/Accounting
• Having minimum 1 years working experience in mining industry
• Detail oriented and strong analytical ability
• Good communication and interpersonal skill, initiative, service and result oriented, able to work under pressure.
• Highly proficient in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
• Good report writing skill
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
6. COAL PROCESSING PLANT SUPERVISOR (CPP)
Qualification:
• Bachelor degree in Mining / Mechanical / Civil Engineering
• Having 2 years experience in coal processing plant, fresh graduate are welcome
• Good knowledge in Stock Pile Management, Transportation Management Mechanical Equipment and Coal Technology
• Having POP Certified are preferable
• Good knowledge in Preventive Maintenance and Breakdown Maintenance
• Good interpersonal & communication skill
