Site Acquisition
Responsibilities:
- Site surveyor.
- Socialization residents.
- Verify the legality of land.
- Negotiating rental / purchase of land. Management of the construction permit.
- Propose letters straightly with the local government / and establish good relations with local people.
Requirements:
- Age max. 35 years old
- Minimum S1 degree in Legal from reputable university
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences as SITAC
- Has strong negotiation skills and communication skills
Public Relations
Requirements:
- Age max. 30 years old
- Minimum S1 degree in Any Major
- Minimum 2-3 years experiences as Public Relations
- Has strong negotiation skills and communication skills
- Able to build and establish communication with Government
General Administration (Contract for 6 months)
Requirements:
- Age max. 28 years old
- Minimum High school/ D3 in any Major
- Well organized and diciplined with strong commitment to time management
- Excelent interpersonal and communication skills
