9. Day Company Man

Responsibilities
• As the RSES of the Rig Site and 500 m around rig to respect with personnel protection, environmental protection and safeguarding assets
• Have the leadership on the rig to improve the performance of operations in respect of the HSE policies, Code of Conduct, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Company Rules
• Organize rig operations in order to deliver and maintain wells on the rig location as per company objectives & work program through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures
• Validate information and report to office in order to guarantee the output produced in good quality and in time
• Mentoring night drilling supervisor in order to ensure proper handling of operations

Requirements:

Responsibilities
• Plan and control the swamp rig operations in order to respect the HSE Policies/procedures and Company referential
• Lead and control the swamp rig operations to ensure that the wells are delivered as per programs
• Review and evaluate the swamp rigs operations in order to improve the performance through a continual search for the improving equipment, services and operational procedures
• Validate information and report for other entities and management to guarantee the output produced in good quality and in time
• Plan and execute human resources management and development programs within service in order to reach optimum competency of each personnel required by the post and to motivate them to achieve organizations objectives

Requirements:
• Diploma Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

3. Field DWO Engineer

- Conduct and control the job implementation related to Drilling Engineering activities in order to respect the HSE Policies/Procedures and Company referential.
- Undertaking engineering design and the planning of wells (including development work)
- Supervise the moving of rigs schedule on and off well locations. Includes liaising with contractor to ensure maximum safety and accurate positioning of rig on new location
- Plans, checks and recommends for approval Drilling/Workover programs and testing procedures for wells in assigned area
- Reviewing drilling and service contracts, engineering design, the planning of wells and supervising the drilling crew on site
- Obtaining relevant data, carrying out engineering analysis on site and recommending necessary actions and preparing report to

Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Petroleum or Mechanical engineering from a reputable university
- Minimum 7 (five) years of experience as Senior DWO Engineer and 5 (five) years as Field DWO Engineer

- Analyzing & preparing income tax return, tax compliance, payroll tax, tax effect accounts, tax fixed asset and maintain all tax records data & documentation.
- Analyzing & preparing of tax monthly report, including SPT PPN, PPh 21, PPh 23, Pph 25 and tax yearly report, including SPT PPh 29 and PPh 21 and other related reports
- Excellent people skills, a good team player both within the finance team and the business at all levels
- Excellent MS Office skills including accounting programmed (SAP program more advantage)

3. Mine Plan Superintendent (MPS SPT)

Responsibilities:
• Preparing concept of short, medium and long term of mine plan
• Control and evaluate mine plan
• Control mine geotechnical, hydrology and geohydrology, mine surveying, coal quality control

Requirements:
• Male, 30-40 years, posses at least a Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering or Geology or equivalent
• Has at least 7 years of working experiences in coal mining companies with at least 4 years in mine planning, has excellent skills operating mining software such as Minescape, Minex, Surpac, Vulcan, AutoCad, spreadsheets
• Understand relevant mining technical aspects: geotechnical, hydrology and geohydrology, mine surveying, coal quality control
• Understand relevant mining regulation and codes as well as applicable coal – related environment regulation
• Ready to work at site area

• Controlling and evaluating of mine plan

4. Geodetic Engineer Supervisor (GES)

Responsibilities:
• Field data collection including the measurement of situation, topography, point of the drilling, land ownership boundaries, boundary of mines, limit land hoarding
• Data processing into a calculation of the dimension and volume (area, volume of deposit, etc)
• Monitoring of mining activities and infrastructure development

Requirements:
• Male, age 30-35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geodetic or Geomatic Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• 5 years experience in mining and civil projects (road, bridge, and building)
• Able to operate survey equipment including Theodolite, Total Station, GPS Geodetic, Hand Held GPS, Compass, etc
• Able to operate software and others supporting survey software D12, Surpac, AutoCad, Arc View, Map Info, GIS, etc
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan

5. Surveyor

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members on issues related land measurement within the mining area
• Collecting, mapping and analyzing measurement data of the mining area
• Determine the measurement system accurately, effeciently, effectively and safety
• Provide calculation of system and measurement

Requirements:
• Male, age 22-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Geodesy from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years of working experiences in Mine Survey
• Familiarity with GPS and Total Station
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan

6. Legal Superintendent (Code : LGS)

Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with survey team members of issues related to land compensation
• Conducting studies on land status within the mining area
• Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal documents
• Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in negotiations where legal expertise is required
• Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration
• Work with contracted law firm on assignment that require internal legal services

Requirements:
• Male, age 25-35 years
• Min Bachelor Degree in Legal from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 5 years experiences at legal matters
• Knowledge in company laws, contract laws and the Indonesian regulatory issues as well as the international commercial laws
• Strong ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan

7. Civil Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Managing and monitoring the construction process
• Analyzing and controlling the implementation of infrastructure design
• Conduct budget construction and control the implementation
• Report the construction progress to superior

Requirements:
• Male, 28-33 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 2 years in Civil Supervisor
• Expert in civil works of mechanical soil removal (earth works), roads, bridges and infrastructure
• Able to operate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Autocad 2004, MS Project, email, etc
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan

8 Finance Staff

Responsibilities:
• Handle petty cash
• Conduct bank reconciliation
• Prepare payment to vendor, supplier, etc.
• Maintain administration and filing
• Coordinate with branch officer (sites) on cash usage and disbursement
• Other related job that needed by the company

Requirements:
• Male, age 25-30 years, min Bachelor Degree in Accounting from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Has at least 2 years in of working experiences in similar position
• Strong financial, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess strong drive and commitment on the quality of work and able to cope with every work schedule
• Ready to work at Site West Kutai, East Kalimantan

9. HR Staff

Responsibilities:
• Provide day to day support in general HR at site

Requirements:
• Male, max 30 years
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Human Resource Management, Law, Others or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in General HR or equivalent.
• Ready to work at Site, West Kutai, East Kalimantan

10. Mine Engineer Supervisor Administration (MES Adm)

Responsibilities:
• Handle over all administration report for example daily report, monthly report and annual report
• Coordinate and control the implementation of administration system
• Lead and manage subordinates and developing an open ethical working

Requirements:
• Male, max 35 years
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Geology or Mining from reputable University, min GPA 3.0
• Experience at least 2 years in similar position
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, Autocad, Minescape, Minex, and Other mining software
• Ready to work at Head Office, Jakarta
