Responsibilities:

- Responsible in the recruitment, employment and placement of new employees
- Maintaining Database of CV’s
- Maintaining document relating to personnel

- Track enrollment procedures and resignation procedures
- Updated employee database
- Responsible for Training & Development task such as understand about Training Need Analysis, training matrix
- Handle training program, Familiar with Job evaluation, Job grading, Employee mapping, and related OD matters
- Support to another HR matters/tasks.

Requirements:
- Male/Female, max. 30 years old
- Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology or Human Resources
- Having minimal 2 years experiences in recruitment or human resources
- Mature and Independent person, Dynamic, Good analytical skill
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and can work as team player
- Detail and target oriented
