MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing maintenance strategies (TPM), procedures and methods;Planning and scheduling planned and unplanned workDiagnosing breakdown problemsDirecting, instructing and supervising maintenance techniciansLiaising with client departments and customers;Arranging specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or componentsControl / maintain spare parts, maintenance tools, stores and equipmentsMonitoring and controlling maintenance costsCreate / maintain the maintenance strategies to support the installation and commissioning guidelines.Maintain / Fix machines, tools and equipmentsMaintenance Monthly Report – downtimes report / break down etc.Ability to prioritize work load to meet deadlinesStand by 24 hours for the emergency caseTo be awareness of safetyWork upon Supervisor’s assignmentsQualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineer, EE or related fieldsMinimum 3-5 years experience in Automotive Industry or ManufacturingKnowledge of Pneumatics / Hydraulics systemsKnowledge of CAD ideallyEffective analytical and problem-solving skillsFluency in speaking, reading, writing and understanding EnglishPLC programming, Robot programmingComputer literacy with an emphasis on MS Office toolsAbility to understand technical drawings.Knowledge of OHS&W, Environmental and TS16949 standardsWork Location: Bekasi
