Tanggung Jawab: Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Area Manager to accomplish daily task, such as: monitoring tender enrollment, pre-qualification, submission, and coordinate with Customer Service Dept. in preparing all documents.
- Attending bidding meeting, bidding opening and negotiation meeting.
- Assist Area Manager to follow up all new projects opportunities to the customers, to maintain good relationship with customers, and to increase networking / new customers.
- Help Finance Department if any problem with the invoice (outstanding invoice that is more than 30 days overdue).
- Assist in preparing sales activity report (on going project, up coming project, outstanding problem, outstanding invoice).
Persyaratan Pendidikan: Diploma/D1/D2/D3
Persyaratan Pengalaman: Contoh : Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang akutansi
Keahlian: - Familiar with Ms. Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Communication skill
Kualifikasi: Job Requirements:
- Female
- Has educational background minimum Diploma 3
- Willing to mobile or even traveling out of town
- Able to work in team or independent, communicative, full of initiative
