Responsibilities:
Responsible f?r Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, T&E, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, SOX, Forecast, Budget, monthly financial reporting, GST ??? Tax.
Review credit notes / debit notes w?th proper documentations, credit evaluation f?r ??w ??? existing customers
Review General Ledger Reconciliations, corporate hedging information
Ensures th?t month ??? closing ?? being carried timely ??? accurately
Responsible f?r preparation ?f quarterly FIN48 disclosures f?r Corporate Tax, tax computation ??? tax packages f?r submission t? Corporate (Quarterly, Hard close ??? Annually)
Assists ?? analysis ?f data f?r biannual standard cost revaluation
Plans, co-ordinates ??? prepare annual budget
Co-ordinates w?th external auditors ??? ?????t w?th annual audit
Prepare statutory financial statements
Review yearly tax provision w?th External tax consultant before submission t? IRAS
Support SOX302 ??? SOX404 audit / ad-hoc Financial audit b? Internal Audit team
Investigate ??? resolve queries fr?m tax agents ??? tax authoritites
Manage intercompany loan renewals
Update SOX documentation
Review submission ?f statistics t? Government bodies
Constantly review process t? eliminate non-value added jobs ??? strengthen internal control
Requirements:
Degree ?? Accountancy / ACCA / CPA
5 years experience w?th a proven track record ?? a manufacturing environment
Knowledge ?f SAP system preferred
