THE WESTIN RESORT NUSA DUA, BALI is seeking for qualified candidate for the role of :
1. ACCOUNT DIRECTOR
2. ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
3. MARKET ANALYST
4. SPA SUPERVISOR
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 2 year experience in the same role in similar rating hotel
- Graduate or Hotel Management Degree from a reputed institute or university.
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
- Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge in Corporate, Travel Industry, CI & M and Catering sales (1)
- Experienced in handling General Affairs and Industrial Relations (2)
- Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a positive Revenue effect (3)
- Ability to analyze financial statements and market data (3)
- Detail oriented
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Must possess strong computer skills, mainly Microsoft office(3)
- Familiar with Spa operations (4).
