Sr. Project Engineer
Qualification :
• Education: S-1 degree.
• Min. 9 years (total) experience, 6 years as a Project Engineer or Engineering Manager, with 4 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activity.
• Comprehend Project Management definition and work flow.
• Competent to establish the EPC work execution plan.
• Familiar with multi Discipline Engineering Product.
• Familiar with Hazop & Hazid review and procedure.
• Comprehend ITB/ITT, contract review & scope of work review.
Sr. Project Manager
Qualification :
• Education: S-1 degree.
• Min. 12 years (total) experience, 6 years as a Project Engineer or Engineering Manager, with 4 years of which must be in EPC Projects for Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.
• Experience in coordinating multi-disciplines engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activity.
• Comprehend Project Management definition and work flow.

Construction / Site Manager
Qualification :
• Education: S-1 degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering / Naval Engineering.
• Min.15 years experience as construction management.
• Having min. 8 years experience at construction oil & gas or chemical plant.
• Able to develop construction execution plan.
• Understanding about project schedule / primavera is an advantage.
Sr. Process Engineer
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Minimum 6 years experience in Detailed Engineering work in EPC Project for Oil & Gas Industry related or Petrochemical & Chemical Plant related.
• Able to lead a team of engineers and to demonstrate strong technical leadership and coaching ability.
• Able to result-oriented and effective team & personal time management complete the projects allotted budget and man-hours.
• Must possess the problem solving and decision making ability. Able to identify facts, consider available options, and recommend the most appropriate ones for engineering.
• Candidate must be excellent communicator and good listener. Able to express verbal and written information clearly and concisely.
• Comprehend scope of work and able to seek clarifications.
• Candidate shall be fully conversant API standards, so as to incorporate them into design and the process calculations.
• Candidate shall utilize the engineering skills and knowledge to meet business goals and objectives, and drive the continuous improvement activities.
• Candidate shall be able to use MS Office effectively in developing the reports and presentations, and must have hands-on experience in using process simulation software as HYSYS, PIPESIM, HTRI, FLARENET, etc.
• Candidate shall be responsible for preparation of following deliverables and guide the engineers to prepare Basis of design, Process specification and operating philosophy for the pumps, compressors, separators, tanks, filters, relief valves, control valves, pipelines, etc.
• The candidate must have proven experience in leading the team of process engineers for performing the Conceptual Studies and Front End Engineering.
Sr. Rotary / Package Engineer
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree of Mechanical Engineering majoring in energy conversion.
• Min.8 years experience as Rotary & Package equipment engineer.
• Having min. 8 years experience in handling industrial project and engineering work of Oil & Gas, petrochemical, and chemical.
• Having knowledge and experience in reviewing ITB, preparing data sheet, specification, requisitioning, technical bid clarification/evaluation of vendor proposal, engineering coordination among vendors and related interdisciplinary, reviewing and controlling vendors deliverables.
• Self motivated, talented in project goal oriented with full compliance of health and safety priority.
• Having experience in inspection and test of Package / Rotating equipment and its ancillaries.
• Familiar with International standard and code related to Package equipments such as API, ISO, ASME/ANSI, CMAA, DIN, FEM, BS, CTI, OCIMF, etc.
Sr. Civil Engineer
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years experience in design facility in oil & gas industry or Refinery.
• Good in steel structure calculation and analysis and foundation analysis.
• Understand steel fabrication and civil construction.
• Good Checking of structural and civil documents and drawings.
• Familiar software StaadPro. SAP and SACS.
• Familiar with the International Standard and Specifications, such as AISC, ACI, UBC, ASCE, BS standard and Standard Nasional Indonesia (SNI).
Sr. Piping Engineer
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min. 8 years experiences in piping detail engineering for oil and gas, LNG or petrochemical project at reputable Engineering Company.
• Familiar with the International Standard and Specifications, such as ASME, ASTM, API, etc.
• Experienced in establish following documents from ITB or project requirement : Design Basis, Specification, Standard Drawing, Specialty Data Sheet and Engineering Drawing generation/Review/Approval, Design Calculation using related software, Requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation, Vendor Document.
• Familiar with software tools related to Piping Engineering, such as CAESAR II, PDS, PDMS, SP3D, Navis or SPR.
• Capable to communicate and interface with other disciplines, vendor, fabricator and client.
• Experience and capable to maintain quality aspect of piping engineering product.
• Willing to be placed at fabrication & site.
• Capable to provide input to produce optimum design.
• Capable to work under pressure.
Sr. Electrical Engineer
Qualification :
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Min. 8 years experience at oil and gas or petrochemical project.
• Familiar with the International code and standard such as IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC, NEMA.
• Well known electrical basic philosophy in design (system and construction design).
• Familiar with to do Electrical system study with software ETAP.
• Familiar in usage general Microsoft office.
• Strong capability with schedule and design quality control.
GENERAL QUALIFICATION:
• Strong interpersonal skills and organization experience
• Preferable Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
• Willing to have overseas assignment
• Computer literate (MS office, MS Word, Ms Excel, Ms Project and related software)
• Familiar with regulation, code and standard in Oil & Gas industry
• Self – starting and motivated as well as able to work in demanding area.
• Team building mind set.
