* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree , Psychology or equivalent
* Good knowledge in selection and recruitment process, and HR field
* Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill, and Active
* Having ability to analyze and solve problems
* Good interpreting test result and making psychology report
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
* Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) is specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
