Job Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for services
- Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures
- Prepare, verify, and process invoices and coding payment documents
- Prepare batches of invoices for data entry
- Data enter invoices for receipting
- Process backup reports after data entry
- Maintain all AR accounts reconciliation
- Maintain updated customer files and file numbers.
Education and Experience:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Excel
- Good in English both oral and written.
