1. SENIOR GEOLOGIST (Job Code: SGG)
Qualifications:
a. Minimum 8 years experience as Geologist in coal mining project.
b. Having geological background from reputable university.
c. Experience with the geological software such as MapInfo, global mapper will be an advantage.
d. Having knowledge on the mining software such as Minescape will be an advantage.
e. Good interpersonal communication skills with subordinate, subcontractor and people / villagers.
f. Having experience on due diligence and potential projects evaluation.
g. Having experience in Exploration and/or Production of Coal Mines.
h. Preferred having experience at Central Kalimantan.
i. Excellent team work and coordination skill.
j. Willingness to be deployed to site whenever required for the project
k. Having certification of Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) will be an advantage.
l. Communication and Written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Responsibilities:
a. To execute Technical plans set by management
b. To monitor and coordinate the geological data preparation process (ex.: composition, geology structure, coal thickness, total seam, etc.); and evaluate the distribution of the coal and structure contour to determine or as the basis for the coal resources calculation.
c. To implement and monitor the drilling process based on the drilling points which have been determined for coal sampling by coordinating with the contractor.
d. To monitor the coal sampling process and coordinate with the Lab for coal composition analysis.
e. To monitor the collection process of daily data from the pit, re-analysis of geology structure, coal thickness, coal and other stones position.
f. To implement and monitor the coal sampling process.
g. To coordinate with the contractor in doing the drilling activity at the site based on the agreed work plan, including the drilling based on the new mapping.
h. To observe the compatibility between the contractor performance report with the actual site implementation.
2. PROJECT COORDINATOR (Job Code: PCD)
Qualifications:
a. 5 years of experience supporting Project Managers.
b. Bachelor degree in Engineering background (Mining & Geological Engineering is preferable) from reputable university.
c. Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
d. Knowledge of mining management principles and practices.
e. Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
f. Willingness to be deployed to site whenever required for the project.
g. Communication and Written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
a. Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
b. Maintain Project Managers calendars.
c. Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with engineering and project management.
d. Responsible to take input from the business analysts and project engineers to develop and maintain the detailed schedule.
e. Assist the PM in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, RFP’s, tenders, budgets, cash flows and preliminary schedules.
f. Use project scheduling and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
g. Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team.
h. Issue Contracts, Letters of Intent, Purchase Orders, etc.
i. Maintain Contract Execution Tracking Log.
j. Assist the PM in the review of Contractor quotations to ensure that only fair and reasonable pricing is recommended for approval.
k. Coordinating between branch administrative office team, field employees, sales team, estimating team and branch management on a regular basis.
l. Working closely with clients, vendors, sub-contractors and employees.
m. To execute Technical plans set by management.
3. PROJECT ASSISTANT (Job Code: PAS)
Qualifications:
a. Fresh graduates are welcome, Master and PhD Post Graduate School are preferred
b. Engineering background, but Mining & Geological Engineering are preferred
c. Team player & Positive can do attitude.
d. Strong Analytical & Presentation Skills.
e. Willingness to be deployed to site whenever required for the project
f. Communication and Written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
Responsibilities:
a. Support in Project Data Compilation and Analysis
b. Assist in Plans formulation
c. Assist in Information Gathering
d. Assist with reconciliation and processing of external contractor invoicing and project/tenement cost tracking.
4. PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER / SENIOR MINE ENGINEER (Job Code: PDM)
Qualifications:
a. Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering.
b. Minimum 8 years experiences in coal mining exploration.
c. Hold a POM (POU is preferable).
d. Experience in mapping & sample programs.
e. Able to operate mining software such as Surpac and Minescape.
f. Good knowledge in mining principles, mine design concepts, mining method and equipment.
g. Good leadership with interpersonal and organizational skills.
h. Willingness to be deployed to site whenever required for the project
i. Communication and Written skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Responsibilities:
a. Analyze technical data
b. Create Resource Models
c. Formulate Mining Plans
d. Formulate Standard Operation Procedures for various Exploration and Production Processes
e. Analyze and give report of short and long term part of project exploration to the BOD.
f. Formulate Coal Getting and Overburden plans and achieved the maximum recovery of coal with minimum dilution
g. Manage Short term and long term operation plans.
h. Made design pit and waste dump and reported to Senior Site Manager regarding the mining performance.
i. Communicated all plans to production team.
