Responsibility;
preparing tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities;undertaking costs analysis for EPC project work;assisting risk and value management and cost control function;performing on subcontracting administration;preparing and analyzing costing’s for tenders, post-award and close out/final account;providing advice and assessment on contractual claims;analyzing outcomes and evaluating detailed progress reports;valuing completed work and arranging payments;maintaining awareness of the different subcontracts in current use;Understanding the implications of health and safety regulations.Requirements:
