Customer Care Executive

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
2.Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
3.Cancel or upgrade accounts.
4.Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
5.Advise on company information.
6.Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
7.Place or cancel orders.
8.Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale.
9.Handle product recalls.
10.Attempt to persuade customer to reconsider cancellation.
11.nform customer of deals and promotions.
12.Utilize computer technology to handle high call volumes.
13.Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
14.Close out or open call records.
15.Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

Persyaratan Pengalaman :

Recent Graduates with 1 or 2 years experience

Keahlian :

English Literate (Oral & Written) is a MUST
Computer (Windows), Linux & Mac is an advantage
Problem Solving skills
