Site Manager

Resposibilities
The ideal candidate should be able to liaise and to operate as a functional representative towards Client, Subcontractor and Local Authorities. He/she will also be the responsible of works results, costs, quality and HSE performances

Requirements :
• Graduate in engineering
• have at least 10 years of experiences in a similar role on Construction Site of Oil & Gas Project.
• be effective and persuasive leadership comfortable with all levels of staff, client and others;
• have strong organizational skills;
• have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• have communication skills in written and spoken English.

Site Engineer

Resposibilities :
Responsible to arrange work planning and work distribution. Always have coordination with COMPANY to estimated cost the project to reach the target.

Requirements :
• Graduate in engineering majoring Civil or Mechanical
• have at least 5 years of experiences in a similar role on Construction Site of Oil & Gas Project.
• Communicate actively with respective team in COMPANY for job planning & cost estimated
• Responsible to complete work order
• Responsible in work progress report
• have strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
• have communication skills in written and spoken English.
