1. Admin Reporting
• Responsibilities:
› Receiving orders from clients and re-confirm to the customer to ensure the continuation of the process carried out in accordance with orders and fulfill customer s desires.
› Prepare all data completeness including accommodation and transport for the surveyor who will conduct the survey, and coordinate with the finance department for the purposes of the survey costs to support operational activities.
› Prepare survey reports based on data obtained from surveyors or analysts to put in a predefined report format, and sends it to the client.
• Requirements:
› Minimum Diploma degree from any disciplines.
› Minimum 1 year experience as administration staff.
› Skillfully using Word and Excel applications.
› Having English skills both oral and written.
› Having good communication skills.
2. Payroll Staff
• Responsibilities:
› Familiar with taxation laws in particular income tax (PPh 21) regulation and practices.
› Familiar with labor regulations in regard to the calculation of employee compensation components such as layoffs, pension, and others.
› Familiar with Social Security (Jamsostek) regulations, reporting and claims mechanism.
› Perform Human Resources Payroll task as requested.
› Prepare payroll reports, report checking, do payroll reconciliation.
• Requirements:
› Working experiences 2-3 years.
› Experience in payroll process and HRMS software.
› Strong skill in Microsoft Office application especially MS Excel & MS Word.
› Strong in logical thinking and analytical skill.
› Able to work under pressure and can work overtime to meet deadline with minimum error.
3. Inspector
• Responsibilities:
› Candidate will perform internal and external inspections on equipment at scheduled intervals to maintain the mechanical integrity of the fixed equipment of the refinery.
› Monitor the quality effort to ensure that the appropriate data and information is being collected to support the risk assessment.
› Evaluate pressure vessels, piping circuits, PSV, Rig, Pipeline and storage tank inspection and data collection activities.
• Requirements:
› 2+ years experience as an inspector.
› Certification as an technical inspector is.
› Experience with Reliability Based Mechanical Integrity highly preferred.
4. Sampler
• Responsibilities:
› Take the coal sample to be tested in the laboratory and ensure implementation in accordance with quality standards and QHSE set in order to reach the quality of the analysis is accurate and timely.
› Using the complete equipment in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set so avoid accidents.
› Make coding against coal samples were taken to provide information on the location and time of capture coal.
• Requirements:
› A minimum of High School.
› Fresh graduates, or preferably with experience as a sampler for 1 (one) year.
› Understanding all of the sampling process.
5. Preparator
• Responsibilities:
› Preparation process of the coal samples in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set to achieve an accurate analysis of quality and on time.
› Using the complete equipment in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set so avoid accidents.
› Make kodean re-peng (corresponding prefix sampler) against the coal sample that has been in preparation to provide information about the location and time of capture coal.
› Disposal operations on the remaining coal sample and sample files based on the time set in line with QHSE standards.
• Requirements:
› Minimal Vocational high school graduates or STM.
› New graduates, preferably with experience as a preparator for 1 (one) year.
› Understanding ISO 17025 standards and regulations.
› Understanding preparation equipment (Jaw Crusher-2, 36, Remand Mill-212 micron, Oven, RSD, Crusher-4, 75 mm, Size-size analysis, HGI-Violence Analysis Coal, Scop).
› Have an understanding of and ability to perform the whole process of preparation.
6. Analyst
• Responsibilities:
› Analysis of coal samples that have been prepared in accordance with procedures, quality standards and QHSE set.
› Keeping equipment in laboratory conditions to keep in ready to use / calibration appropriately.
› Creating reports on the results of laboratory tests and ensure accurate test results and timely and in accordance with procedures, quality standards and QHSE set.
• Requirements:
› Minimal Chemical Analyst Vocational High School graduates.
› New graduates, preferably with experience as an Analyst for 1 (one) year.
› Mastering laboratory equipment.
› Understanding ISO 17025 standards and regulations.
› Understand the operation of various equipment coal sample analyzes (proximate, ultimate, AFT (melting point analysis), ASH Analysis (Analysis metals contained in coal), Trace Element, HBI, Size.
7. Surveyor (Coal & Mineral)
• Responsibilities:
› Check the loading and unloading of coal on board to ensure the implementation of the activities carried out in accordance with the quality standards and QHSE set.
› Checking the condition of the vessel before the coal is loaded eligibility under the provisions of trim that has been determined by the board.
› Prepare survey report in accordance with quality standards that have been established and submitted to the Head of Operations for review (review) and signed before being sent to the customer.
› Take remedial action (corrective action) for problems that occur and to report survey activities to be submitted to the Head of Operations.
• Requirements:
› Min S1 from Naval or Marine Engineering.
› Male, having experience min 1 years in related industry company are preferable (fresh graduated are welcome to apply).
› Willing to be placed in all region of Indonesia.
› Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
› Excellent in computer for Microsoft Office.
› Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
› Driven and great attitude.
› Able to work under pressure.
8. Surveyor (Marine)
• Responsibilities:
› To collect data or facts related to the work being handled in accordance with WI (Working Instruction) has been determined.
› Prepare survey report in accordance with quality standards that have been established and submitted to the Head of Operations for review (review) and signed before being sent to the customer.
› Take remedial action (corrective action) for problems that occur and to report survey activities to be submitted to the Head of Operations.
• Requirements:
› Min. ANT 2 / ATT 2.
› Male, having experience min 1 years in related industry company are preferable (fresh graduated are welcome to apply).
› Willing to be placed in all region of Indonesia.
› Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
› Excellent in computer for Microsoft Office.
› Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
› Driven and great attitude.
› Able to work under pressure.
9. Surveyor (Petrochem)
• Responsibilities:
› To collect data or facts related to the work being handled in accordance with WI (Working Instruction) has been determined.
› Prepare survey report in accordance with quality standards that have been established and submitted to the Head of Operations for review (review) and signed before being sent to the customer.
› Coordinate with relevant parties on the ground (with loading master, manager of the refinery, shipping agency, the ship / boat captain and navigator 1).
• Requirements:
› Min. D3 / S1 from Petroleum Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mining Engineering with min GPA 2.75
› Male, having experience min 1 years in related industry / oil & gas inspection company are preferable (fresh graduated are welcome to apply).
› Willing to be placed in all region of Indonesia.
› Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
› Excellent in computer for Microsoft Office.
› Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
› Driven and great attitude.
› Able to work under pressure.
10. Head of Operation
• Responsibilities:
› Monitoring all survey activities in each branch to make sure the activities carried out in accordance with the standards of quality and HSE standards that have been set.
› Review and analyze the survey activities provided by the Head of Branch Operations in order to obtain information that includes branch productivity, the trend of this type of survey, the surveyor skills, etc. are useful to support the smooth operation of the branch and facilitate decision making by management.
› Provide recommendations or advisory effective and efficient repair on any issues that arise in the workplace and ensure problem nicely finished.
› Prepare surveyors mapping capabilities as a central office setting competency development surveyor surveyor to improve performance in order to support the achievement of departmental goals.
› Coordinate with the Training & Development in developing and implementing technical competency training to improve the competence of surveyors.
• Requirements:
› Min D3 from chemical or petroleum engineering.
› Minimum 5 years experience in similar industry experience in the survey preferred for various types of liquid cargo surveys, as well as 2 years experience at supervisor level.
› Willing to be placed in all region of Indonesia.
› Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
› Excellent in computer for Microsoft Office.
› Having a good communication and interpersonal skill.
› Driven and great attitude.
› Able to work under pressure.
11. Organization Development and Performance Management
• Responsibilities:
› As a partner of management, develop organization structure which appropriate with the company needs and ensure job value development for each position. Review and standarized all organization chart on each department, likes job function, job class, position, leveling also grading.
› In accordance with competencies that will built / developed by company through training programs, management trainee programs and career path.
› Build strategy map Balance Score Card (BSC) / Management by objectives (MBO) for all department and Compile Indicator Performance as KPI from division to supervisory level.
• Requirements:
› Bachelor s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or another closely related field.
› 3 - 5 years related experience in organizational development and/or training.
› Attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong follow-through required.
› Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
› Excellent in computer for Microsoft Office.
